30-Day Unused Jar
Customer may return Equipment within thirty (30) days of receipt if Customer is unable to connect the Equipment with a wireless network for a full refund of the Hardware costs provided that
(i) Customer did not process any transactions using the Equipment and
(ii) that DipJar does not have the grounds to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section III.
C. If the Equipment is damaged, incomplete or missing parts upon such return by Customer, DipJar will assess from Customer, and Customer shall pay to DipJar, a two-hundred and fifty dollar ($250) fee for a damaged DipJar unit and twenty-five dollar ($25) fee for a missing or damaged adapter or other accessory.
Upon Customer’s request, DipJar will send Customer a box with foam inserts to ship back Equipment for a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25). [Upon return of Equipment pursuant to this Section III.A, Customer may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to DipJar.]
