If your DipJar is having trouble connecting our servers and you have tried these troubleshooting tips, we can run a 24-hour diagnostic health check on your DipJar to determine if the device is faulty or if cell signal is too weak in your area. If the health check reveals that the device is faulty, we will replace your DipJar free of charge. We'll send you a new DipJar and a shipping label to return the old one. Select "Physical DipJar Hardware" and provide your name, organization, DipJar serial number (found at the bottom of your device), and we'll process your return.
