I received a letter from Mercury Payments/WorldPay stating I need to update my organization's W-9?

If your organization has received a letter from either Mercury Payments or WorldPay (both subsidiaries of FIS Global), this indicates that the Legal Name attached to your DipJar account does not match the Federal Tax ID of your organization. 

This can be easily resolved by filling out a W-9 Form for you organization to update the Legal Name of your organization and/or Federal Tax ID.
